In Conclusion:

The following is from the book “Reach Out For New Life” by Robert H. Schuller; it will speak for its self and hopefully you will understand more fully the warning given us by President George Washington in his farewell address – “Let me now take a more comprehensible view and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party generally…. It exists under different shapes in all governments, more or less stifled, controlled, or repressed; but, in those of the popular form, it is seen in its greatest rankness and is truly their worst enemy.”

From – Reach Out For New Life

“Goals Must Not Rise Out of Self-Centered Needs”

“Why do great movements in history begin to crest and die? When a movement succeeds, it soon becomes an institution with chief executives and high status, with salary and staffs to match. Right at that point the movement – turned organization – enters a potentially dangerous phase. Now there will be people vying for power and politicking for position. The original goals may become lost and replaced by goals that rise out of self-serving, self-preserving, and self-promoting egos. Self-centered interests of the leadership people become more important than the unfulfilled needs and unresolved problems of the struggling persons whose needs gave birth to the movement in the first place.”

“Goals Must Not Rise Out of Tradition”

"Legalistically, holding onto tradition is another reason why creative and energetic movements crest. Many goals of individuals and corporate institutions rise out of tradition rather that contemporary human need.”

“Goals Must Not Rise out of Policy”

“Another reason why movements, once energetic and creative, fail is that goals tend to rise out of policy rather than people needs. The lesson we must learn and keep learning is that the needs of people must override corporate policy, whether in business or government. Policies are needed to make decisions, but policies should always rise out of and be sensitive to human need. When policy forgets people, beware! The spirit of the law will become suffocated by the letter of the law, and the goal will have lost its soul. So put a soul and keep a soul in your goal."

Some may wonder at my reason for writing these Articles. First, I have written as the Spirit has led; it has not been for personal recognition or fame.  If there be any praise due then let it be unto God who alone is worthy of praise. Second, it is not because I am desirous of, or have any political ambitions; for the spirit of politics is the love of power and not the power of love; and the freedom to be an ordinary citizen in His service is a far greater honor than any stature man could bestow upon me. In closing, I would like to use the words of Andrew Jackson, as they are found in his Veto of the Bank Bill, written in 1832:

"I have now done my duty to my country. If sustained by my fellow-citizens, I will be grateful and happy; if not I shall find in the motives which impel me ample grounds for contentment and peace. In the difficulties which surround us and the dangers which threaten our institutions there is cause for neither dismay nor alarm. For relief and deliverance let us firmly rely on that kind Providence which I am sure watches with peculiar care over the destinies of our Republic, and on the intelligence and wisdom of our countrymen. Through His abundant goodness and their patriotic devotion our liberty and Union will be preserved."

On His Behalf - James

Note: To Whom It May Concern - within the political arena, if you disagree with any of these proposals, please feel free to explain your disagreement to the Citizens of this country; and also explain your non-partisan Righteous approach to the problems covered in these proposals; problems that are being faced by Millions of American Citizens everyday. Maybe the following should become the new oath of office for anyone at the Federal level that is required to take one - as the current oaths just doesn’t seem to have much of a positive effect for the suffering Millions of this country:

I, _______________, pledge allegiance to the Citizens of the United States of America and the Constitution which they command; One Nation, One People United, without prejudice or preference towards any; and with Honor and compassion dedicate my service to the needs of all.

FOOTNOTE:
From time to time the words “recession” and “depression” become a matter of debate as to which of the two best describe our national state. To me the word “recession” brings to mind that period of time at school (recess) when we would break from our studies (labor) and enjoy a time of fun and games. While the word “depression” brings to mind an experience that had left me feeling helpless, a situation from which only God was able to free me from. For our millions who are unemployed, or under-employed, their “recess”-ion is not a time of enjoyment. But, with God’s help and your support of these Articles, many will find their “depression” lifted.

The byproduct of Righteousness is Peace – the byproduct of Peace is Prosperity – the byproduct of Prosperity is Abundant Life; Righteousness is knocking at the door – will you open it?  – James

Note: If after reviewing these proposals you favor them - please petition your elected State and Federal Officials and let them know of your support of them and of your desire to have them become part of the Constitution.

Please give serious thought to the following: That which is last shall be first (Article - 7) and that which is first shall be last (Article - 1)….7-6-5-4-3-2-1™ - that is the order in which that you should have your legislators vote on supporting the proposals as amendments. There will be those who will try to delay the passage of some of the Articles in hopes of trying to find away around the Righteousness of the proposals for personal and/or political gain and advantage on behalf of themselves (and especially their major political contributors) by enacting Article - 1 first as an attempt to delay some of the proposals.

PS: I am sure that these proposals lack some of the grammaticalness that should be part of their linguistics; however, having only a computer spell check and thesaurus - along with my eighth grade education as a prove reader – some grammar as need be, will be adjusted “BY ME” - but the intent of, or spirit of the proposal will remain the same and no corrections by anyone is allowed without my written permission.   -  James
